The LEGENDplex™ Mouse IgE Assay is a bead-based  assay, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for quantification of mouse immunoglobulin E (IgE). The assay has been validated for use on serum and plasma samples.
