High-dimensional immune profiling: characterizing the alloreactive immune response with novel, state-of-the-art technologies

 

Alloreactive T cell responses remain a major barrier to transplant success and cellular immunotherapies. Although much of the allorecognition mechanism has been studied, deeper understanding is still needed to design more personalized interventions. Here we show how BioLegend’s and overall Revvity’s solutions enable a thorough profiling of allo response’s main actors. We characterize polarized macrophages, as well as T cells, before and after co-culture. Their phenotype and functional state, including kinetic expression of key molecular markers at the single cell level will be discussed.​
