NHP Th Cytokine Panel V02

The LEGENDplex™ NHP Th Cytokine Panel V02 (12-plex) is a bead-based multiplex assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. It allows for simultaneous quantification of 12 NHP proteins including IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-5, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-22, IL-9, IL-2, IL-13. This panel provides higher sensitivity and broader dynamic range than traditional ELISA methods.
